Some like it hot! 🌶️

This post is neither about the famous American movie, nor about the current supper hot weather, but about an unknown way to use a common women’s self defense tool. I think it will be quite informative but at the same time a little bit funny.

Last week I and my boyfriend Tom had a little accident. We decided to make together a romantic evening to celebrate our 4th anniversary. You know to have a fancy dinner with some following lovemaking…We are still not keen to go out for a dinner with the current third wave, so we stayed at home. I prepared his favored chicken tacos. The dinner was great, he loved the food, but I totally ruined what was supposed to come afterwards. After some kissing and cuddling I went downstairs on him, you know what I mean. But shockingly instead of moaning from pleasure he suddenly yelled It burns! It f.cking burns! and jumped like a banshee. First I had no idea what happened.

I think it’s that thing! he pointed towards the green pieces of jalapeños in the leftovers. Then I got it, when I was chopping the jalapeños, some juices must have left on my fingers and then I transferred it on his dick head. Instead of a romantic ending that evening we were trying all sorts of remedies we found on internet, even using the ice cream we had for desert to rub it off. Grose! We could not continue with our ‘stuff’ that night. He is OK now, just that thingy stayed a little bit reddish and swollen for some time.

capsaicin, a devilish compound
The compound which caused the burning sensation on Tom’s glans penis and foreskin is capsaicin. I do not have to tell you it is the active component of pepper sprays. Chemically it is 8-methyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide produced by plants of genus Capsicum. It activates TRV1 receptor of skin cells which can be also stimulated by heat, that is why it gives the typical burning sensation. The glans penis and the foreskin is covered with a highly innervated mucosal layer which readily absorbs capsaicin. It is not well miscible with water, so it is difficult to wash it out. Milk or oily substances should be used instead, but I can tell, there was not much difference after the ice cream 😊

When used correctly, a pepper spray
can be a woman's best friend

Although Linda was not an enthusiastic proponent of self defense tools—she used to say “Your body parts are always readily available, the tools are usually forgotten in your purse or bag.”—we had couple of lessons she taught us the proper use of them. With the summer season I noticed there are now many alarming reports in newspapers about plummeting cases of flashers, exhibitionists, and public onanists. Linda emphasized that when we encounter an attacker with exposed genitals, we should remember there are two great targets available for our pepper spray. After getting his eyes and mouth do not forget to spray him down there as well. If you do not believe what is the effect of a pepper spray on an exposed penis watch this prank video:

  https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1970613749835377

You can expect the same dramatic effect on your attacker. While he is focused on his ‘helmet on fire’, he forgets his other sensitive organs become fully unprotected and available for follow up techniques.  A nice well placed testicle kick or a knee would for sure double remind him he should have kept his filthy genitals in his pants.

Peter peppers

As always, our self defense class would not be complete without a practical demonstration. This time Linda brought a pair of red chili peppers she grows in her garden. These are quite rare, called Peter peppers as they come in a shape of penis, she said as she showed them to us. We all gawked at the little ‘penises’ in amazement. Linda immediately warned us Well, do not even think to use them for what you are maybe thinking about. The vagina is of course highly sensitive to capsaicin as well.

This one really looks like the penis of our Peter, humorously commented Ana, referring to the shape of a partially exposed penis head. We all chuckled as she was spot on, Peter’s foreskin, although he is not circumcised does not fully cover his glans penis.

Penis with partially exposed
head similar to Peter's, highly
susceptible to 'peppering'
Linda nodded, Good observation Ana. Circumcised penises and those of Peter are of course very susceptible to ‘peppering’, even when they are in a relaxed state.

Linda immediately proposed Let’s put this to the test! Boys were working out on the other side of the training room, while we had this interesting theoretical lecture. Sometimes it was better they did not hear what we were talking about.

Linda squashed one of the peppers in her hand.

Peter come over here! We just want to test something.

When he unsuspectedly came close to her. She just quickly slipped her hand in his shorts and took it out. The reaction of Peter does not need to be described, based what you already read in this post you can imagine.... The theory was readily confirmed…

I conclusion I highly recommend buying a pepper spray and do not forget to use it on both of his heads. When cutting chilies use gloves and wash your hands thoroughly afterwards especially when you want to make some lovemaking 😊.

  1. That is a very cruel thing to do to someone in any 'training course'. I am stunned than even a person like Linda would do this, but perhaps it should not be a surprise given how these two males were perceived in your course. What happened after she did this? Did she and all of the female students stand there and laugh? I can only imagine....

    1. I agree it wasn't nice from her. But you haven't done any prank on anybody? She did not put much of it on his penis. It wasn't serious. I admit we laughed a little bit. You guys can be so 'sensitive' in your body parts:) Don't worry he is fine.

    2. I agree with the comment about what she did. It was very mean, and it was certainly not a prank as you call it, given what the effects were. And then you say that she didn't even tell the guy what it was she put on him until after she teased him a bit? What was the purpose of that? He should have left and got proper medical aid. It was obvious he could not trust any of the women in that course.

    3. Dear IdleBanter, I have seen much worse pranks in my life. But lets rather call it a demonstration of the effectiveness of capsaicin on the penis glans. Peter is not a pussy. I cannot imagine him calling for an ambulance because he got some chili on his penis :) Well Linda could be mean sometimes, I admit, but nobody is saint. You have never teased anybody? He could for sure trust Susanne. She wouldn't do any pranks on him.

      Delete
    4. I did not mean calling an ambulance, I meant that he would go to a medical clinic or something like that, given the part of his body that was involved. He does have the right to health, whether the instructor agrees that he has or not. I do not understand why it matters whether nobody is a saint- that does not justify doing whatever someone wants to do. Yes, I have teased people here and there-but it was friendly verbal teasing, like I did when friend of mine finally got a woman he liked to agree to go on a date with him. That is very different from intentionally causing pain to a guy's genitals by rubbing something on them.

      Delete
    5. Most guys are pretty protective of their genitals- I bet woman are the same. I do not think that most women would be surprised by this either. The guy may not have any understanding of the health effects of that substance on this cock, so as a guy, I would not criticize him if he left that class and went to see a doctor. Maybe the women students in your class did not care about him, but it was not them that had that substance put on their genitals, after all. As a woman, I don't think you are in a position to say how much it would hurt for him are you?

      Delete
    6. Come on, based on his reaction it wasn't pleasant, sure but also it wasn't something for him to die and to have a medical assistance. Soap and water worked just fine. I am not a 'prankster' either, but I pasted a video of a much worst prank. It it was a revenge after putting pepper oil on the girl's underwear. So yes, people do sometimes these silly things. What Linda did wasn't just a prank. She wanted to show us in a real situation how powerful tool for our self defense we can have and that the penis is sensitive. Evan and you do not agree it should be done this way. Fine.

      Delete
    7. You mean she honestly felt that it was necessary to do that to him to prove that the oil or whatever in chili peppers are painful when it is put on a guy's penis? You said the woman there laughed - did they laugh because he was in pain, or why?

      Delete
    8. The women in your class did not know that a penis is sensitive before the instructor did this?

      Delete
    9. I saw that video, and it was a very mean thing that woman did to him. If he did something to her before that was similar-that was not funny or ok either. Two wrongs don't make a right. That does not mean what he did to her was ok, because it was not.

      Delete
    10. I think he should have been very cautious of trusting any of the women in that course after all the things you describe happened, and that he should have gone and got checked out by someone with official qualifications to do it. How could he trust what Linda said she put on him after all the other things she had done to those guys in your course?

      Delete
    11. Of course most of us know how a penis is very sensitive and 'responsive'.
But have you ever though it can be peppered? I do not endorse doing these serious pranks just for clicks and visibility. I can imagine it could be quite uncomfortable for Peter to see a doctor, who can be a female with a burning penis.

      Delete
    12. NO, I have never thought of how a penis could be peppered. Doctors - even female ones, are supposed to be professionals. I do not think it should be much different than when a woman sees a male gynecologist. I do not know of course, but in his country maybe he has the right to see a doctor of his choosing. He may not have knowledge of whether there could be serious health effects from what she put on him, and why should he trust that Susanne, who I think was a student too? It does not seem like honesty was a big part of your course, and any part of how that Linda treated those two guys. To me this is even more reason why he should have left right away and not trusted anything any of those women may have said to him after Linda did that, including that Susanne woman. His health is more important than your course.

      Delete
    13. I guess you think that a female doctor would find it funny that a female women's self-defense instructor would have done that to him, rather that see it as a mean, intentional act that caused him pain?

      Delete
    14. You do not like men very much. I can tell by your comments here and in other places in this blog. They should not have any rights it seems according to what you believe.

      Delete
    15. You see, me neither, that a penis can be peppered when needed we learned at the course. Which is a good thing. Don't do a drama out of little bit chili on a young guys penis. Well I don't think they get often a guy coming to a doctors office with a delicate problem of intentionally administered chili on their penises by a female self defense teachers :) It might be funny even for the most serious female medical personnel. Well, I do not know. Why leaving? So his health is more important than our safety?
I do like men. I love my boyfriend and I like a guy called Evan. But sometimes he just deserves instead of 'men's rights' a good portion of chili oil on his penis :) Just kidding.

      Delete
    16. I read some of his posts. He does not seem like the kind of man that you or any other woman would ever have the opportunity to put chili oil on his penis. I think that what would happen almost instantly during that attempt would earn you or any other woman a trip to a hospital emergency room, if you were fortunate enough to survive long enough to make it there...

    17. All men say that until they crumble in pain after an effective self defense move from a skilled woman. But he seems to be a good man I would not harm him in any way. IdleBanter I am going on holiday for 14 days. I wont moderate the comments and reply. You should do the same. Wendy

    18. You do not seem to understand that you cannot just attack a man because you want to, for the fun of it. Outside of a sexual assault defense, almost everything you talk about on this blog would be a serious charge. Also, the man would be within his rights to defend himself, which might mean he at least seriously injures the woman, just like you talk about doing to men that attack women. You said you wanted to put chili oil on that guy's penis. I assume you did not mean as a defense if he sex assaulted you, but just because you want to for some reason. If you did try do to that, it would be assault, and I do not think a guy like him is going to let that go. He would be within his rights to make you no threat, which means you would probably get really badly hurt by him.

  4. It isn't a 'prank' -it was done as part of a self-defense course, and she did it with the intention of showing the pain it causes. The guy would have no idea, and she planned this from the start. The words you use and how you always dilute the significance of the event and the pain/discomfort/embarrassment the guys felt says a lot about you. You include technical details about pepper spray, and a link to a video that obviously shows a guy in a hell of lot of pain, yet you and the others found it funny that Linda did this to Peter. You always default to the 'he is fine' explanation. You really don't give a damn about anyone of the opposite gender do you? What 'first-aid' was available to Peter - or did your class just leave him to seek help on his own?

    1. Well I think we already agreed that we disagree what is allowed if there is a purpose in properly teaching self defense. I do not want to initiate the same discussion again. You see male gender tragedies and female sadism in everything even in an innocent prank. Susanne went with him to a bathroom and took a good care of him. I should have asked her how she helped him, so I could used the same remedy later for Tom. I guess just soap and water.

      Delete
    2. I am curious, after Linda touched his penis with the oil from the peppers on her hand, did she or anyone else think that Peter had the right to know what she had done to him? In other words, did any of the women there think that he had the right to know what substance she had transferred to his penis? It seems to me he should have been told immediately.

      Delete
    3. Of course he demanded the answer what is it causing that sharp burning sensation. He was refused. Just kidding, after some teasing she told him it is just a little bit of chili.

    4. So, causing someone to experience a sharp, burning sensation on their genitals is an innocent prank, is it? And this was necessary, even though anyone with an internet connection could inform themselves about the effects of capsicum on the body -and on male genitalia. But of course that isn't good enough for Linda or your students, one of the training assistants has to be on the receiving end of this treatment, just so all the females can have a laugh at him.

What a caring bunch you are... Christ.

    5. I pasted a link to a real serious prank involving real pepper spray. This was just a little bit of pepper juice. 9. Hi Wendy!

This is Natalie, the one who commented on the movie star story? Thanks for replying back by the way. i never got to reply myself, but i didn’t know what to say 😅

Anyway, i wanted to tell you that this was a very interesting thing i’ve never thought of before. i wanted my dad to get me pepper spray when i was 16, but he said no. i always imagined that pepper spray was for the eyes or nose/mouth, but now i know pepper spray can hurt boys down there, too. Super cool! i’ll keep this in mind when i can buy my own pepper spray haha.

Also the thing about the peppers looking like boys’ privates was really funny. Idk why i laughed so much at that 😂 i guess the picture of the male privates made me laugh, too. My mom and dad are kinda sheltering, so i don’t see pics like that often even though i’m old enough to. It’s kinda worm-like and maybe a bit gross lol.

i have a question though. In the pic, the man’s pouch thing doesn’t “dangle” as much as i thought it would. It looks kinda fused with his legs?? Do all boys look like that or do testicles usually hang lower than that?

    Much Thanks!
    Natalie L.

    1. Dear Natalie,

I am happy you find this post informative. Yes pepper spray is actually more versatile when it comes to targets, then generally thought. Depending on situation the attacker's penis can be a more accessible target then mouth or eyes. It is a very good self defense tool so I highly recommend buying it when you have a chance.

You are right the young man in the picture has a very tight scrotum. But it can be as a reaction to lower temperature without clothing and/or the fact he is photographed naked. In one of my previous posts I described how the cremaster muscle can regulate the position of testes depending on e.g. temperature or fear. There is also a natural high variability between men, some 'hang low', some have a tight pouch. I will come to these differences later in some of my future posts. Have a nice day Natalie and stay safe. Wendy

  11. Does pepper only has effect on the penis or does it effect the scrotum as well?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Thank you for this question. The major effect is on the glans penis as it has a mucous membrane. Pepper spray can affect normal skin as well. I read people get a burning sensation on hands when cutting hot peppers. There is a fun fact that some claim that the scrotum skin has something like taste buds and men can taste food with their bare balls! I still have to try that with Tom! So yes I guess there is some effect of capsaicin on the scrotum as well. Wendy

      Delete
    2. The scrotum is made of fairly thin skin, so it makes sense that it would be more painful to get that covered in hot sauce than most of the body.

      Delete
    3. Yes, it makes sense the scrotum skin is sensitive and tender (my boyfriend especially :) and peppering the testicles can be very painful. I have not tried that though. Regards, Wendy

  12. With how unnecessarily cruel that "prank" was, I think Linda gets her real life testicles from the wrong place. If she found a local fetish studio and hired ballbusting actors, they'd probably look forward to getting "pranked" like that.

    1. I want to make sure I'm clear on what I'm saying beyond the joke about finding a fetish studio. I'm on your side for more than 90% of the blog. It's not about how much pain it caused or anything like that. (I'm even on your side regarding Mike almost losing a ball.) I just think it was unnecessary and that man's genitals went through enough in that class. If you would like, I can even tell you how applying pepper spray or hot sauce to his penis would be justifiable in my opinion.

      Delete
    2. Hi, thanks for the suggestion, you have good thinking and goodwill but I try to explain to you why Linda had Bob and Peter instead of somebody from a fetish studio. The purpose was to have around regular guys, the guys of our age, the guys who reacted in various situations how most guys would react. And having sensitive testicles of course. To have somebody who enjoys being kicked in the testicles with some odd reaction would defy the purpose. It was not super fair to Bob and Peter, and I was not on Linda's side all the time but the course was thought out, and she wanted to give us the best training possible despite these controversies. I hope you understand. But of course, you can tell me about that justification :) Regards, Wendy

      Delete
    3. Wow. I didn't expect that much effort responding to a bad joke.

About the chili pepper on the dick: I fail to see the value of doing it in that situation. Linda could have turned it into an experiment, though. If she had used more and spread it out evenly across Bob Peter's penis and testicles, she could ask them to describe where the greatest effect is. That way, I think that it would go from needlessly cruel to providing useful data. She could also try different levels of heat on occasion to find even more data.

      Delete
    4. Ok, It might not be fair to say that Linda was being needlessly cruel. The way I'm reading your story makes it sound like the girls wanted to know if it would hurt his penis. Linda should have just said "yes" since you all knew what a man in pain looks like. If there was more to it, then I will agree that Linda was right to do it, but should still have given a warning since the point wasn't to surprise him.

      Delete
    5. Hi Jay, I don't think it was a bad joke but a reasonable suggestion, which I wanted to oppose and give an explanation. Linda with her PhD student Tina does such research to get data and to find out the most effective techniques. You will find out in future posts. Yes, the purpose of the 'prank' was to demonstrate the effectiveness of capsaicin on the penis mucosal membrane. She might as well take the time to convince Peter to willingly participate in the demonstration, clearly explain to him what she will do etc... etc... But the quickest way to do it was how Linda did it. Peter showed a natural reaction, we saw the effectiveness of the compound and the element of surprise and at the end of the day Peter's penis did not fall off or something. I guess you all did some experiments in science classes so what was the purpose of those?, the teachers might have just said it works I don't have to demonstrate it to you. So yeah there might be different approaches, Linda has her own. Wendy

      Delete
    6. I admit, you are largely winning me over with the aspects of the class I was either skeptical of or actively against. The difference between what I did in school and Linda's demonstrations was I never did anything that would hurt someone. In your opinion, how far would you be ok with Linda going for a demonstration in class? What level of pain or damage becomes unacceptable?

      Delete
    7. Hi Jay it is a difficult question, I already had a discussion that 'hurt' and 'harm' are quite vague words. If someone is caused some physical discomfort but it goes away relatively quickly does it mean he/she was hurt? Are professional sports unacceptable because they obviously cause harm sometimes? Causing serious long-term injury (not an accident) to someone without any justified purpose would be of course unacceptable. Such things did not happen in Linda's course. She balanced the purpose and the 'loses' and the boy's well-being relatively fairly. Hits to the balls when are gauged not to cause real injury and the pain is to be dissipated relatively quickly is on the border but still OK. Wendy

      Delete
    8. It occurs to me that we can talk about this all we want, but neither of us are putting anything on the line. The line for what is and isn't ok is for Bob and Peter to decide. If they let linda pour hot sauce on their dicks, that's their choice. If they had let the whole class stomp their unprotected balls, that would have been their choice. I just want to know that they knew what they were getting into.

      Delete
    9. Hi Jay, I understand your point. Again they might get an idea of what to expect from the job interview with Linda. They were able to leave the course. Although one can argue that it was those ECTS credits and payments which kept them. If your question is did Linda explain to them exactly what she will do to them in each class and asked specific permission for everything? No, it did not happen. I see the controversy here but that's how it is. Wendy

    10. I'd like to know more about their interview process and agreement with Linda. Like what did she actually tell them to expect and what were the exact requirements for their credits. I don't expect Linda to go over the whole curriculum to ask about every time anyone would look too hard at them. Mainly, I think they should have been made aware of the more extreme possibilities they'd be going through.

    1. Hi, thanks for the question. Some guys already asked me about circumcision, I do not have much experience as guys here in Europe are mostly uncircumcised so I had to little bit educate myself in this area online. Hard to tell, circumcision exposes the glans all the time so the capsaicin can get easily on the mucosal membrane, however, the membrane of the penis glans is apparently less sensitive and callous so it may not react as good. But generally, it is effective circumcised or not, and it should not hold you back from using it when the applicable situation arises. Regards, Wendy
