In the previous story from Susan’s book the women used a combination of two defensive moves: biting his penis and a testicle twist. Susan stressed that the testicle twist was actually the key move leading to his total incapacitation. I once read an interesting discussion on a women's forum about what to do when a man is forcing oral sex and ‘biting his dick off’ turned out to be one of the most popular option.
So is biting an attackers's penis a good defensive strategy? During my
course we were advised that if possible, to always focus on techniques involving testicles which
are generally less risky and more likely to succeed. These are preferred in terms of easiness to perform
and their incapacitation power. The most serious problem with biting is that it creates a high risk of infection. Also it might be too gruesome for some women and this can inhibit them in performing it effectively. However, biting is sometimes the only option, for instance if you cannot use your hands because are tied or controlled in some way. You can find numerous examples on internet when biting indeed
helped women from a dangerous situation. So although this should not be your prime
strategy keep this option in your armory.This technique can be performed either on a flaccid or an erected
penis (preferred option) but has to be done with full determination, a light nip would most
likely just infuriate the attacker. When executing this move, you need to sink your
teeth deep into the neck of the penis, behind the head (glans penis), this is a more
softer area and the natural grove makes the grip more secure so he cannot pull the penis out from your mouth easily. Also use
one of your hands to hold the penis and at the same time place the second one around his
buttock. This gives you a good control and leverage and prevents him from budging. Bite down
as hard as you can and violently shake your head to the either side.

Your aim is to fully separate the head. When done, spit it out and get out quickly so you do not contaminate yourself with the gushing blood. He should be in a state of shock and totally incapacitated. He might bleed to death if he didn't get a medical attention in time. You can practice this technique using a carrot or a cucumber. But be aware that the penis tissue is more tough and rubbery so some old vibrator could even be a better option. This is just a one of the techniques possible when defending from a fellatio, Some are aiming at his penis like snap a stick and some at his testicles and I will be discussing these later.
I'm curious if biting the testicles or scrotum themselves can also be an effective self defense method? Or is this kind of thing usually too difficult to pull off during an attack. Just seems to me that sinking your teeth into an area as sensitive as the nuts would very quickly disable a man, but I'm no expert lol :p What are your thoughts?

Thank you for this important comment. The answer to your question is not straightforward as it strongly depends on the situation. The prime aim of a women under sex attack is always to incapacitate the perpetrator as soon as possible and to get out from the scene quickly without sustaining any harm. In many cases she can easily manipulate him for instance by gently petting his testicles before a drastic measure takes place which puts him out of action. Testicle strikes are highly effective even when a man is in relaxed state. However, this is not always possible and the assailed woman would need to wait for the next opportunity which indeed usually comes with his climax. The woman on the self-defense forum was absolutely right about those two reasons. During my self defense training we were explained that every man is extremely vulnerable at the point of orgasm. His mind is fully occupied, and his body is under an involuntary control of autonomous responses which limits his counteractions. Also right before the ejaculation testes engorge sometimes twice the normal size. The muscular spasms which causes sperm to propel from the epididymis add to the whole tension making the testicles extremely sensitive especially to pressure. This creates a window of opportunity when even an imperfectly executed strike reverts the man’s greatest pleasure to total agony causing him to pass out. This aspect of the last resort self defense is quite complex. For instance there are methods to cause him climax quickly without discharge of semen which can be combined with a testicle strikes. I will definitely discuss this in detail in some of the following posts.

Hi Max, well it requires a separate post, some spots on penis heads are extremely sensitive, especially the frenulum, and continuous stimulation of these areas would lead to a quick orgasm, there is also a spot on the perineum when you press it hard with a finger at the right moment it would block the semen flow which would cause so-called retrograde ejaculation (the semen ending up in the bladder) it would surprise the attacker and making him susceptible to any attacks, particularly on his sensitive testicles. A quick devastating attack can end this pleasure for good. It sounds grisly, but that's unfortunately the reality of the last resort self defense. ReplyDeleteHi, that's an interesting question. Sure the penis size plays a factor in both the diameter and length. Penises of smaller girth are obviously more susceptible to biting. You can exert much more force with your jaw if the penis diameter is smaller. One can easily bite through it and detach the head in one continuous chew. Imagine biting a thin carrot. On the other hand, the longer the penis is the better the leverage it provides for the twisting and snapping action. Biting should work on most penis sizes, the best is long and thin. Regards, Wendy.

It works well when the attacker has a loose scrotum so a woman can put the whole testicle in her mouth and put it between her molars. Biting a tight scrotum might be more difficult and the testicles can slip out. Even a small jaw can do a lot of damage with biting-remove the penis glans or crush a testicle.
